Return & Refund Policy – Scottish Fire Pit Co

We offer a 14-day return window, meaning you have 14 days from the date you receive your order to request a return.

To qualify for a return, items must be unused, in the same condition as received, with original tags and packaging intact. A receipt or proof of purchase is also required.

To begin a return, please email us at info@scottishfirepitco.com. Once your return is approved, we’ll provide a return shipping label along with detailed instructions on how to send your item back. Returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted.

Damaged or Incorrect Items
Please check your order upon delivery and contact us right away if your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect. We’ll assess the situation promptly and do our best to make it right.


Non-Returnable Items
Some items are not eligible for return. These include:

  • Custom or made-to-order products

  • Personal care items (e.g., soaps, skincare)

  • Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases

Please note: We do not accept returns on sale items or gift cards.


Exchanges
If you’d like to exchange an item, the quickest method is to return the original item first. Once your return is accepted, we’ll ship the replacement item to you.


Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we’ll let you know whether your refund has been approved. If approved, the refund will be processed automatically to your original payment method. Please allow time for your bank or credit card provider to complete the refund transaction.
