Ally Gowans' Cascade, requires little introduction. It is a hugely successful and popular salmon fly throughout Scotland . It is rare to see a salmon fly box on the Dee, Spey, Tay or Tweed without one or two these deadly long tail flies. It is a great all-rounder and will take salmon from opening day to the end of the season.
This conehead version is a great spring fly or whenever there is a good push of water.
